The process

Concerning the architecture, the cinema project entailed assuming control over the site and delivering a comprehensive turnkey solution. The Cinema City project of Iulius Mall Suceava presented a unique undertaking, as it entrusted us with the responsibility of constructing the concrete seating tiers and allowing us to maintain strict oversight over the delivery timeline of the hall and effectively coordinate the installation teams.

The challenges

During the project, we faced a range of challenges that encompass meeting tight execution timelines, streamlining the staging of construction processes for optimal efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination with other specialized teams engaged, procuring large quantities of materials, and distributing resources for maximum efficiency.
