We take pride in our partnership with One United Properties and in our involvement in
constructing
their recent projects. One United Cotroceni Park is one of Bucharest's most significant urban regeneration
developments,
designed and built according to the highest standards. It is a multifunctional complex featuring Class A
office spaces,
commercial areas, and residential apartments.
The project
The initial phase of development encompassed the construction of two office buildings, A and
B, between 2021 and 2022. Building A spans an expansive 46,000 square meters and follows a 3S+P+9E
structure. The second structure covers an area of 34,000 square meters distributed across 3S+P+12E floors.
The subsequent phase of development introduced the third office building - Building C - with a 3S+P+12E
configuration, carried out between 2022 and 2023.
The process
Efficient coordination with specialized teams was imperative throughout this extensive
endeavor due to the demanding project timeline. One notable challenge involved the intricate design of the
ground floor lobby area, featuring a complex ceiling structure comprising inclined sections and considerable
heights. Beyond partitioning tasks, our responsibilities encompassed the installation of claddings, ceramic
fixtures, and the meticulous execution of ceiling components.
Building a sustainable future
Our effective construction waste management practices
have facilitated One United Properties in achieving the LEED Platinum certification for
their office building.
The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification designates the sustainability and
environmental
impact of a building during its design and construction phases. Additionally, the complex has also obtained
the
WELL Health and Safety certification, emphasizing the positive influence of the building on
the health and well-being of its occupants.
Work in progress
Our partnership with One United Properties has reached a new milestone,
as we have undertaken the construction of One Cotroceni Park Residential, an
8-building-development with over 850 modern residential units. We coordinate the site of 6 out of the 8
buildings and we oversee a range of essential tasks including infrastructure and superstructure masonry
works, thermal insulation systems, gypsum board partitions, finishings, and paintings.
Our ongoing partnership with One United Properties progresses with our participation in a
new endeavor - the One High District project. Situated on Fabrica de Glucoza Street, nr 14, the
development features 786 apartments across three towers, 28 commercial
spaces, and 1,134 parking spaces, forming a premium private complex.
